We are offering a free shipping for all orders within the Melbourne
metropolitan area.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries
are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises, in line
with standard transport practices. - If
you require delivery beyond the ground floor (e.g. upstairs, via lift, or
with special booking requirements), please advise us at checkout.
Warehouse & Logistics
- Products
are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse or via our logistics
partners. - The
warehouse address listed on our website is our main site. Customers will
be notified if pick-up arrangements differ.
Delays & Stock Availability
- While
we aim to meet the quoted lead times, delays from courier partners may
