Free Shipping – Melbourne Metro Only
We are offering a free shipping for all orders within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises, in line with standard transport practices.
• If you require delivery beyond the ground floor (e.g. upstairs, via lift, or with special booking requirements), please advise us at checkout.

Warehouse & Logistics

• Products are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse or via our logistics partners.
• The warehouse address listed on our website is our main site. Customers will be notified if pick-up arrangements differ.

Delays & Stock Availability

• While we aim to meet the quoted lead times, delays from courier partners may occur. Prodigy Office Furniture holds no liability for any direct or indirect damages caused by such delays.
