At Prodigy Office Furniture, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase—whether you’ve had a change of mind or for any other reason—you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products

We accept return of new and slightly used products

Note: Each order is treated individually.
Please note: Returns are not accepted on Made-To-Order (MTO) or customised items.


Change of Mind Returns

We strongly recommend reviewing all product specifications, dimensions, and descriptions prior to purchase to ensure your selection meets your needs. If you do change your mind, we accept returns of eligible products within 30 days, in original, unopened packaging.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

All products sold in Australia are protected by consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These entitle you to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not major.

The nine consumer guarantees include:

  • Acceptable quality
  • Suitability for intended purpose
  • Match with product description
  • Match with any sample or demo model shown
  • Honouring of express warranties
  • Availability of spare parts and repair services within a reasonable period
  • Clear ownership (title) of the goods
  • Right to undisturbed possession
  • Goods free from undisclosed securities

These consumer rights apply in addition to any warranty offered by Prodigy Office Furniture or any extended warranties purchased.

Returns Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a store credit will be issued.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.


Order Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@prodigyfurniture.com.au.


Damage During Customer Pick-Up

All products are thoroughly inspected before pick-up. Once goods leave our warehouse, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe transportation. Prodigy Office Furniture is not liable for any damage incurred during transit from customer collection.


Damage in Transit – Home or Business Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 business days. Kindly email photos of the damage along with your order details to info@prodigyfurniture.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as quickly as possible.


Restocking Fees

For eligible returns, a no restocking fee will apply. 


Credit

Your store credit will be applied in 7 business days

Important Note:

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure returned goods are shipped using a trackable service. Once received and assessed, any applicable refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
