  with standard transport practices.

  you require delivery beyond the ground floor (e.g. upstairs, via lift, or
  with special booking requirements), please advise us at checkout.

  are shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse or via our logistics
  partners.
• The
  warehouse address listed on our website is our main site. Customers will
  be notified if pick-up arrangements differ.
