Exceptional delivery time: under 24 hours from instant of completing order. Delighted with chair; very comfortable after adjustment of ergonomic controls.
Disappointed there was no instructions manual in addition to the bare wordless diagrams that guided assembly, to show what the under-chair controls did and how to operate them.
Assembly could have been simpler if the manufacturers had used a little more thought, e.g. glossy black painted all screws and the Allen key to tighten them, meaning it was very fiddly locating the socket in the screw head with the end of the key - quite a bit of time wasted there in assembly,
Screw sockets also dark and could have done with a touch of light colored paint to pinpoint them. One place on the base has 4 sockets for screws to hold in place ut only 3 screws remained for fastening.
Peculiar!- a quantity of the glossy-black painted screws all apparently identical and otherwise impossible to tell apart have their tips smudged with a mere touch of bluey-green paint, with two of them smudged with a mere smear of greeny-blue paint to identify them for a special purpose. The paints were so close in color that in combination with their faintness it was really very difficult to tell them apart - and - why is it necessary to identify BOTH differing types of screw when it's only necessary to identify the one differing group?
A handsome and comfortable well-functioning addition to the furniture in my den/studio/man-cave/office/doghouse.

Even leaning and shifting, base holds firm.

The 3D arms move side‑to‑side and forward/back—my wrists are so relieved.

My shoulders and back feel better at the end of the day than before.

Mesh back, slide, tilt, arms—all helpful and well designed.
